Did you know that when you use a Rewards Credit Card, it's the merchant who pays the reward? We didn't! Yikes! This month our deduction from the credit card companies exceeded our NV Energy bill!!! Hence, we're going to have to stop taking them or we're going to end up in some serious trouble! So so sorry for the inconvenience! I've stopped using mine altogether at small merchants.... Skye

WE'RE GOING TO THE MOVIES! On October 19, we'll have dinner and then see "Red," a comedy/thriller. Helen Mirren plays a retired CIA sniper who runs a B&B. I don't know yet what food would relate, but dessert will be "tea and pastry." Daughters Cafe is located on the corner of First and Bell Streets in the Downtown Truckee River District of Reno, Nevada.

We opened our doors on June 7, 2007 and have loved (nearly!) every minute of sharing our food with our guests. We change our three lunch selections every other Friday based on the season, availability, and what we're in the mood for that week. Please visit the menu page for the current choices.
